Ryan has over two decades of business management, training, and consulting experience, including 12 years of midstream oil and gas pipeline facilities engineering, management, construction, and operations with a large Midstream pipeline operator. Ryan’s previous work experience includes time as a Director of Competency Consulting, Sr. Manager of Petrotechnical Training and Development, Manager of Facilities Engineering and Construction, Supervisor of Plant and Pipeline Engineering, Pipeline Construction Superintendent, and more!

Most recently as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of an international industry-leading petrotechnical training and personnel development company, Ryan oversaw all company day-to-day operations including measuring service line performance, strategic positioning and planning, and participating in many midstream business development engagements with pipeline facility operators.

Ryan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, is a registered Professional Chemical Engineer in the State of Texas and has an MBA from Texas Christian University. He has served on the Gas Processors Association’s (GPA) Pipeline Design, Operations, and Maintenance Committee, conducted technical presentations for the GPA and Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and even won the GPA’s “Volunteer of the Year” award in 2010 for initiating and serving as Chairman of the North Texas GPA Chapter’s Young Professionals Group.

Bill Bannister

Vice President – Consulting

Bill has over 30 years of management, regulatory compliance, and training experience in the pipeline oil and gas industries.  He is an expert in Corrosion Management, DOT Regulatory Compliance, Operator Qualification, Safety Management Systems, Operations, Training, and Project Management.

Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University, and has a special interest in process safety management. As a consultant, Bill uses his vast knowledge and hands-on operator experience to provide clients with pragmatic guidance on all aspects of their pipeline facility’s regulatory compliance requirements. He also offers operators valuable insights into improving their Personnel Training, Workforce Development and Corrosion Control Programs that can improve performance efficiency, and the bottom line.

Andrew Lewis

Sr. Director of Business Development

Andrew has over two decades of business development experience, with 10+ years in the oil and gas industry, providing U.S. pipeline facility operators with valuable guidance on integrity analysis, risk management, regulatory compliance, data/GIS, and software solutions. Andrew takes the concept of “business development” seriously—not just for Integrity Solutions, but actively partnering with clients and potential clients to help them identify optimum solutions for their operational and regulatory needs. Andrew’s familiarity with ISltd’s slate of offerings—consequence area analysis (HCA/MCA/Pop-Class), threat analysis and risk management, integrity analysis planning and post-assessment (ILI, Hydro, ECDA/ICDA), jurisdictional analysis, and more—not only allows him to explain how we could meet your needs with our industry-leading solutions, but helps him conduct informed discussions focused on your situation and concerns.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from Texas A&M University. Highlights from his previous experience include six years working with high-profile ILI tool and pipeline repair / threat-mitigation vendors, assisting with multiple areas of the business including technical training coordination, operator qualification (OQ), and project management.

Luke Whitrock

Marketing Director

Luke has over a decade of oil and gas industry experience, starting his career in data management and analysis, information technology, and technical training, where he gained experience and a passion for pipeline safety. He is an expert in branding, design, and marketing, with practical experience in brand extensions, event planning, and the execution of strategic marketing campaigns. 

In his previous role, Luke led the development and implementation of a continuing education and career advancement program for oil and gas pipeline operators, establishing partnerships with various industry agencies such as PHMSA, Colorado Public Utilities Commission, and the American Petroleum Institute (API), while simultaneously managing marketing activities for a pipeline services and software provider.

Luke has a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Marketing from Colorado State University, with specializations in Small Business Management, Entrepreneurship, and Graphic Design. As a consultant, Luke utilizes his marketing expertise to create value for operators through content development, educational information sharing, and establishing brand recognition and awareness for ISltd.

Paula Faulkner

Controller

Paula began working in Accounting in 1980, working with companies in various industries.  Over the years, she also gained experience in business management skills to become an expert in obtaining and reviewing annual insurance renewals, negotiating costs with vendors, full accounting responsibilities to prepare financial statements, annual internal audit of financial records, annual company financial budgeting, annual reporting to bank representatives including line of credit documentation, receivables collection activity, and onboarding of consultant resources.  She is also highly adept at managing financial reporting in various states and jurisdictions.

Paula has a high level of knowledge in reviewing contracts from clients and vendors ensuring contract compliance, development of company and compliance policies, and obtaining and reviewing annual insurance renewals.  She also has a working knowledge of doing business internationally.

As a consultant, Paula provides the Company Board of Directors and Management with business and financial support.

Jomary Franqui

Strategic Initiatives Manager

Jomary has a decade of oil and gas pipeline integrity management program (IMP), regulatory compliance, incident assessment, audit support, and project management experience.  She has experience using risk modeling software to calculate oil and gas pipeline risk of failure and has led teams investigating leak incidents, assessing root causes, and recommending P&M measures such as EFRDs and procedure enhancements. 

Jomary led the IMP team for a mid-size oil pipeline transportation and storage company, managing the corporate personnel and providing support to regional offices.  She ensured the timely completion of hydro and ILI assessments per ongoing analyses (HCA, threats, MOP, etc.), coordinated all PHMSA compliance activities and team analyses, wrote and finalized post-assessment reports, led P&M meetings, and updated the company IMP manual as needed. 

Jomary has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University, and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Additionally, she was a key member of the API Pipeline Integrity Work Group (PIWG) for a year.

As a consultant, Jomary uses her intimate knowledge of 49 CFR 192/195 requirements and hands-on industry experience to advise clients regarding risk modeling, analysis, and reporting; the development and enhancement of IMP procedures; regulatory compliance and audit prep; asset due diligence; and data management planning, gathering, and integration.

Kendra Lasnik

Regulatory Compliance

Practice Manager

Kendra has over 15 years of experience with a focus on oil and gas pipeline integrity management, risk modeling, 49 CFR 192/195 compliance, and project management.  She has completed numerous internal corrosion direct assessment (ICDA) and external corrosion direct assessment (ECDA) reviews, in-line inspection (ILI) data studies, and emergency flow-restriction device (EFRD) analyses, as well as population, environment, and high consequence area (HCA) analyses.

Kendra is well-versed with Integrity Solutions’ Anomaly Data Manager™ (ADM™) and Pipeline and Facility Integrity Manager™ (PFIM™) risk evaluation software, modeling pipeline design and operating scenarios to evaluate preventive and mitigative (P&M) measures and manage integrity assessments.

Kendra has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado. As a consultant, Kendra provides clients with data management, risk modeling, and project management expertise to enhance all areas of their integrity management program (IMP) operations and compliance.

Erik Gore

Data, GIS, & Software

Practice Manager

Erik has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with expertise in facility and pipeline high consequence area (HCA) analysis, integrity threat identification and interaction analysis, air dispersion studies, and risk modeling and analysis. He is also experienced with pipeline corrosion reviews, post-assessment planning, and dig site plans, and has a strong background in financial and technical due diligence.

Erik is particularly proficient with all aspects of pipeline integrity assessments, from data gathering and analysis to 49 CFR 192/195 compliance and integrity management program (IMP) procedures to preventive and mitigative (P&M) measure evaluation and planning. He is adept at using geographic information system (GIS) data to enhance his analyses and he is highly proficient with ISltd’s Pipeline & Facility Integrity Manager™ (PFIM™) risk modeling and assessment software. In April 2023, he was selected to be ISltd’s Data, GIS, & Software Practice Manager.

Erik has an MBA from Regis University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming. As a consultant, he provides clients with knowledgeable and clear interpretation of assessment data, accurate risk analysis, and astute recommendations for P&M measures and IMP processes.

Tina Matthias

Manager, Quality & Special Programs

Tina has over two decades of oil and gas pipeline engineering, management, and regulatory compliance experience, working for several operating companies. She has performed ILI data analysis, directed the development of pipeline integrity and risk management software, managed external corrosion direct assessment (ECDA) programs, administered integrity management programs (IMPs), and authored procedures. She has also conducted software training in areas such as risk management, MAOP analysis, defect assessment, HCA/class location analysis, and data alignment. 

Tina’s hands-on pipeline experience also spans gas control and distribution operations, storage operations, new construction and maintenance, and conducting ILI integrity assessments. 

Tina has a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in both Texas and Colorado. As a consultant, Tina combines her engineering and integrity management expertise with pragmatic business acumen to provide clients with the safety and regulatory compliance they need and the value they desire.

Emily Witt

Operations Planning Manager 

Emily has been working in the oil and gas industry since 2013, with steadily increasing levels of experience and responsibility.  She has become an expert at performing class location studies and high consequence area (HCA) analyses, including modeling and analysis of potential overland flow impacts and highly volatile liquid (HVL) vapor cloud dispersion.  She is also highly adept with data gathering, analysis, and risk modeling, budget optimization, and project management.

Emily is well-versed in 49 CFR 192/195 requirements and has significant experience with integrity management program (IMP) development, management, and support.  She has also served as project manager for numerous integrity management projects, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely completion.

Emily has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Colorado State University. As a consultant, Emily provides clients with complete support for IMP regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit preparation and support.
