Bruce Beighle (B.Sc. Chemical Engineering, Minor Industrial Engineering)
A gray-haired founding partner, Bruce has been providing the U.S. oil and gas industry with regulatory, risk and integrity management consulting services for three decades. In the 1980s he gained design, maintenance and management experience within a large gas pipeline company. In the 1990s Bruce helped build a successful engineering firm and partnered with W. Kent Muhlbauer to develop pipeline facility risk models. In 2000 he became CEO of Baseline Technologies in Canada. Bruce has expertise in developing and rigorously auditing pipeline integrity management and other programs for oil and gas pipeline operators. He is also recognized as an expert in developing risk-based pipeline code alternative justifications and performing 192/195 jurisdiction applicability analysis for complex facilities.
Brian Yeagley (B.Sc. Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Refining, MBA)
Brian has decades of experience in engineering and project management, including oil and gas pipeline integrity management. As a founding partner, he is known for his ability to effectively communicate across an organization and facilitate creative thinking and problem solving at all levels. Brian has expertise in all pipeline integrity management elements, including high consequence area analysis, risk analysis, cyclic fatigue analysis, EFRD analysis and integrity assessment results analysis. He also has experience in auditing integrity management programs, M&A due diligence and performing 192/195 jurisdiction applicability analysis.
Eric Coyle (B.Sc. Civil Engineering, Minor Environmental Science)
As a founding partner, Eric brings over two decades of engineering experience and project management in oil and gas pipeline design, construction and integrity management. He has been responsible for development of American Innovations’ and Integrity Solutions’ HCA analysis and pipeline risk analysis software. Eric also has expertise in a wide range of pipeline integrity management elements, including Population Class analysis, HCA/USA/ESSA analyses, HVL/toxic air dispersion analysis, threat identification, risk analysis, P&M Measures analysis, long seam cyclic fatigue analysis, EFRD/ASV analysis and integrity assessment (ILI, PT, DA) results analysis. Eric is known for his ability to consistently exceed customer expectations and develop solutions that are considered “best in class” by industry.
Russ Council (B.Sc. Civil Engineering)
Russ Council has over two decades of pipeline design and project management experience. In several management positions within a large gas pipeline operator, he was responsible for pipeline integrity project management, pipeline expansion project management and department leadership. Russ led the completion of over 100 pipeline segment make piggable projects and the installation of more than 750 miles of pipeline. As an Integrity Solutions partner, Russ has expertise in code compliance audits, risk analysis, integrity assessment results analysis, dig site identification, M[A]OP verification, hydrostatic test planning and integrity project management.
Chad Haegelin (B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering, Masters Industrial Engineering)
Chad has over two decades of oil and gas pipeline facility integrity management and consulting experience. In his Integrity Management Director role, he managed an integrity management team responsible for supporting over 8,000 miles of hazardous liquid pipeline systems. In addition, he was chairman of API’s Pipeline Standards 1160 Committee and responsible for updating RP 1160 -Managing System Integrity for Hazardous Liquid Pipelines with other industry leaders. Chad leverages his experience to provide guidance to clients regarding risk analysis, integrity assessment management (ILI, PT, ECDA, SCCDA), performance data management and integrity management program development.
Derek Johnson (B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering)
Derek has over a decade of experience in engineering and project management with oil and gas pipeline facility design, construction and integrity management. He has performed risk assessments on over 20,000 miles of crude, product, HVL, and natural gas pipeline facilities. As an Integrity Solutions partner, Derek has expertise in all pipeline integrity management elements, including high consequence area analysis, risk analysis, cyclic fatigue analysis, and integrity assessment results analysis. He is also responsible for development of SAFESEAM software used for long seam cyclic fatigue analysis.
Pete Ramirez (B.Sc. Chemical Engineering)
Pete has over a decade of experience in engineering and project management with oil and gas pipeline facility design, construction and integrity management. For large and mid-size hazardous liquid and gas pipeline operators, he was the project manager for software implementations, GIS, pipeline data gathering and risk analysis projects.
